We believe that delivering features alone does not equal success. True progress is measured by the outcomes those features create—the problems solved, the behaviours changed, and the value realised for customers and the business. By focusing on outcomes over outputs, we ensure that our work has purpose, direction, and measurable impact.

What This Means
Outputs are necessary, but they are not sufficient. We expect teams to define clear outcomes before building, to align delivery to those outcomes, and to measure whether the desired impact is achieved.

Our commitment to outcomes over outputs is built on:

  • Clear Success Metrics – Defining measurable outcomes for every initiative.
  • Problem Orientation – Starting with the customer or business problem rather than a feature backlog.
  • Evidence of Impact – Using data and feedback to validate whether the intended outcome has been achieved.
